The Web site also unveiled the new brand identity for the property, which is scheduled to open in April 2009.

July 1, 2008 – Wired Island recently teamed up with the Turks & Caicos Tourist Board and TCI Hotel and Tourism Association to launch a summer promotion aimed at increasing visitor traffic during the typically slow summer and fall months. The “Summer Break 2008” campaign, featuring more than 20 local hotels and businesses, offers a variety of discounts and incentives for people to visit Turks and Caicos between July and October.
