Website Hosting | Annual Fee $600
This annual fee includes site hosting on a dedicated server based in the U.S., providing reliable file storage space, consistent server performance and access to the latest technologies. Email hosting, management and base-line support is also included. This annual fee is required to be paid in full to keep site active.
Domain Registration | Annual Fee $75 each
Wired Island charges an annual fee of $75 to register, purchase and manage domain name/names (.com or .tc). Transferring existing domain names can also be arranged for a one-time fee of $200.
Logo Design | Starting at $1,200
Wired Island can design a logo for your business. Generally the logo design includes up to two logo directions, evolution of one of these directions, color study, and final logo delivered in various working formats (EPS, Jpeg, PDF). Project fees start at $1200 and go up from there based on client input, scope of research and number of comps and revisions required.
Website Design & Construction | Fee to be quoted
Cost for website design and development vary based on overall size and functionality required as well as the level of client input and content availability. Generally, Wired Island creates custom website designs taking into consideration the site objectives, structure and functionality. Wired Island builds the site on a private, unpublished web address so that clients can see a true working prototype in its real medium. Revisions to the design and site structure are made in real time, allowing easy access for client approvals and feedback. Most often, our sites are built in a content management system (CMS) that enables fast updates and changes to the site even after the construction. We also employ best-practices for Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Typically, we bill based on time and services provided in the following areas:
- Project Management
- Creative design (home page and sub-pages)
- Architecture and functionality mapping
- Site programming and construction
- Site loading; population of content, proofreading and quality assurance/testing
- Base-line SEO programming
Website Maintenance and Support | $75/hour
Website maintenance is provided on an hourly basis or as part of a monthly retainer. Basic services such as site programming, database administration, updates and/or changes to the site are billed at a rate of $75/hour.
Web Marketing Support| $150/hour
More strategic web marketing services such as FLASH/JAVA programming, graphic design, search engine optimization, web marketing, web content development are billed at a rate of $150/hour.
Public Relations| $150 to $250/hour
Wired Island’s public relations services include key message development, media relations, press release and speech writing and event management. The hourly rates are based on experience of the consultant providing the service.
Photography | Print Design | Art Direction | $150/hour
Wired Island offers photography services at an hourly rate plus expenses for shooting time. All photos can be used in marketing materials and are delivered to you on CD. Wired Island also offers art direction and print design services on an hourly basis including photo enhancements, photo consultation, image scanning and development of printed media including brochures, advertisements, posters, flyers, invitations and other marketing materials, to complement and enhance the presence of a business and promote specific aspects/events as required.
Copywriting | $150/hour
Wired Island’s award-winning writing services can be contracted to enhance the content of a website, marketing collateral and/or public relations campaign. |
